1. Some of these measures would necessitate additional documents on the part of the petitioner or applicant.

2. In deference to the plea of the petitioner in the aforesaid CA, the Election Commission submitted that it has no objection to the introduction of VVPAT Units for conduct of free, fair and transparent elections.

उपरोक्त सिविल अपील में याचिकाकर्ता के सम्मान करते हुए चुनाव आयोग ने अपनी दलील में कहा कि निर्बाध, निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से चुनाव कराने के लिए वीवीपीएटी मशील का उपयोग करने में उसे कोई आपत्ति नहीं है।

3. The Supreme Court has affirmed that India has the jurisdiction to try the case even as it has given another opportunity vide its judgement of 18 January, to the petitioners to raise the issue of jurisdiction by adducing evidence before the Special Court to be set up for trial of this case.

उच्चतम न्यायालय ने यह सुनिश्चित किया है कि भारत के पास इस मामले में मुकदमा चलाने का क्षेत्राधिकार है, भले ही इसने 18 जनवरी के अपने निर्णय के माध्यम से याचिकाकर्ता को इस मामले में गठित विशेष न्यायालय के समक्ष साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करके अधिकार क्षेत्र का मुद्दा उठाने का अवसर दिया हो ।

These include, inter alia, placing the burden on the petitioner to demonstrate that the beneficiary is employed in a third-party worksite for a specific assignment in a specialty occupation; applying the same level of scrutiny to both original petitions and extension requests; issue of memos by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on multiple H-1B filings; and full discretion to USCIS adjudicators to deny an application or petition without prior filing of a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) in certain cases on the basis of initial evidence.

इनमें अन्य बातों के साथ-साथ याचिकाकर्ता पर यह साबित करने की जिम्मेदारी डालना है कि लाभार्थी किसी विशेष रोजगार में किसी विशिष्ट कार्य के लिए किसी तीसरे पक्ष के कार्यस्थल में नियोजित है; मूल याचिकाओं तथा समयावधि बढ़ाने संबंधी अनुरोधों दोनों की एक समान स्तर पर जाँच करना; बहु एच-1बी फाइलिंग के संबंध में यूएस सिटीजनशिप एंड इमिग्रेशन सर्विसेज (यूएससीआईएस) द्वारा ज्ञापन जारी किया जाना; यूएससीआईएस के विवेचना अधिकारियों को इस संबंध में पूर्ण विशेष अधिकार देना कि वह किसी आवेदन को अस्वीकृत कर सके या साक्ष्य हेतु अनुरोध (आरएफई) दायर किये बिना जमा करायी गई याचिकाओं अथवा इनकार करने का नोटिस (एनओआईडी) पहले दायर किये बिना किये गये आवेदनों को अस्वीकार कर सके।
